Craig has been ranked as one of the top brokers and Team Leaders in the Keller Williams Realty system for the last five years, with sales tallying over a billion dollars in 2007. The San Antonio brokerage in 2007 was the number two office in the entire national franchise in total closings. Prior to moving into a leadership position over 6 years ago, Craig's real estate sales career sold more then 1200 homes, and was publicized as one of the top agents in the city by the San Antonio Business Journal, not to mention Keller Williams National ranked him as one of the top mega-agents in the country.
Craig’s dedication to the business and strong leadership skills has ushered him into the ranks of Keller William's top leaders. As a previous member of the faculty of national Keller Williams’ University, Craig has traveled to all parts of the country where he has trained and consulted thousands of other real estate professionals. In 2001 Craig was promoted to Vice President and Co-owner of the San Antonio Keller Williams’ franchise. In the past year, Craig has assisted Keller Williams International in the Franchise Systems and Operations Training (FSO) and volunteers his time teaching leadership to companies across the country. Craig’s passion for technology and creative thinking was the catalyst for his latest nomination by Mark Willis, the CEO Keller Williams International to head up the Director Of eAgentC, also known as The Electronic Consortium. The eAgentC is an agent funded and directed initiative driven to provide real estate agents with the latest technology necessities and to keep the brokerage in the center of the ever evolving real estate transaction.
Over the years Craig served in several leadership positions. In 1995 Craig served as President of the Future Leader Council. In 1996-1998 he served as a Director for SABOR and the Texas Association of Realtors. Craig has been an active member of the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and Employee Relocation Council and numerous charity organizations. KW Cares, Methodist Mission Home, Hearts and Hands, Agents Helping Agents, American Red Cross and the SAMM Shelter are just the names of a few of the many organizations. Craig and Isabel have five children: Cameron, 23; Caitlin, 21; Chandler, 19, Cary's 12 and Callyn, 10 years old. In his leisure time, Craig enjoys playing golf, working out at the gym, and spending quality time with his family are just a few of his many activities. When asked what drives Craig each and every day, Craig was quoted “Servant leadership is my life long goal. To help others be the very best they can be gives me the most satisfaction in life. I can’t help but care about my industry and these wonderful people who strive to make home ownership a reality!”
